Performs post-onboarding assignments such as Post hiring, PPE SOA management and 201 file management
- Responsible for creating employee SAP record and Employee ID which includes end-to end process of External hires
- Ensures to maintain Onboarding TAT
- Generates, analyzes, and interprets report to address gaps in the process and ensure solutions are being planned
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Management, or related course
- At least 1-2 years work experience in HR Onboarding or equivalent.
- Willing to work onsite (Quezon City & BGC)
- Good communicator (Oral and written)
- Has the working knowledge and experience in own discipline
- Has also the mastery on two (2) or more Onboarding stages and solid understanding on standard operating procedures of the team
- Initiates and pro-active in suggesting process improvements
- Acts as the project POC on process improvements and internal projects
- Performs analysis and interpretations of reports to address gaps and possible solutions
