Create and maintain a filing system for the Administrative Department and ensure all confidential documents are safeguarded.
Distribute office and other supplies requested by different departments in Globalport Surigao Terminal, Inc.
Book, reserve and process payment for accommodations for visiting officers coming from Main Office (Manila) or from any other Port.
Perform procurement activities such as research and evaluate potential suppliers and their offers, negotiate better prices, and monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years working experience in the related field
Proficient in MS Office Software and Google Suites
Comprehensive knowledge in making reports
