About the Role : The main function of this role is to be a frontline advocate and proactive advisor for Sterling Canada's midsize programs in bringing about win-win solutions.
This requires acting as a liaison between various internal departments and our customers to ensure background screening programs are running seamlessly through issue prevention and though leadership Building relationships with clients, based on trust, through insightful and meaningful engagements is the heart of this role.
