Accounts Acquisition and Retention
a. Penetrates assigned areas to acquire accounts and user agencies
b. Conducts Sales calls per week according to targets
c. Close sales to reach monthly and annual sales volume targets
d. Creates route plans that balances excellent account management and keeping cost-to-route and cost-per-call within budget
e. Manage relationship with clients / accounts and key agencies in assigned area / s
f. Conducts technical / demo selling
g. Timely, accurate, and regular reporting (MS Powerpoint and MS Excel reports) of sales calls, sales volumes, and other activities / data required
h. Prompt response to queries and calls from management, clients, agencies, etc.
Competition Monitoring
a. Conducts intel validation
Tracks competitor activity in order to come up with appropriate sales strategies to gain competitive advantage
Warehouse & Inventory Management
Manages the warehouse and inventory in assigned area, if applicable
Monitors orders and delivery requirements for respective accounts
Bachelor's degree in any business course
At least two (2) years of experience in B2B sales is required
Must be from the exact city of operations and familiar with the entire provincial scope mentioned below.
Previous experience in the construction materials industry and / or FMCG / Pharma industry is preferred
Must possess excellent communication skills, especially in the local dialect of assigned area
Must be able to drive a motorcycle and possess a driver's license (restriction code 1)
Must be able to work independently and without supervision
