Job Responsibilities : Manages operations and ensures that KPIs within his assigned unit are met– Sales , Profitability, QSC (Operational Excellence), Cash, Controls and Process Management.
Providing tools and directions, coaching and assistance to Shop Team.
Reviews key factors affecting profitability such as : Food Cost, Labor Cost, Spoilages, Utilities.Continuously find ways and suggests new initiatives that will maximize and / or improve Sales and profitability in a timely and efficient manner.Works with Operations Head to develop, update and execute business reviews on a timely basis.Ensures that Operational Excellence is in place (QSC standards) Customer Focus, improve existing levels of service and create standards that deliver a quality customer experience every time.People Management; Lead from the front, drive change and create a "will do" culture to the business, creating energy and focus for people to achieve outstanding results.
Recruitment and development of management teams.
Recommends people advancement.Develops and implements timely and sound decisions by providing creative and practical solutions.Completes reports / admin works correctly and in a timely manner.Serves as effective channel of information and feedback from Shop to Head Office and vice versa.
