  • JOB SUMMARY
  • The Credit and Collection Assistant / Associate is responsible in communicating and processing the accounts receivables.

    It includes setting up monthly payments or an agreed-upon settlement for the clients.

    Prepare reports for accounts receivable or other related reports and performs clerical duties such as sorting and filing documents as needed.

    • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    • To effectively collect monthly target of Equity and DF Amortization Loan.
    • To effectively monitor / manage all accounts assigned under age of 1 - Over 120 days of Past due and ensure that all Collection efforts are properly executed.
    • To effectively monitor / manage all Buyers requests and ensure that all efforts are properly executed.
    • Responding to credit inquiries from external and internal clients.
    • Provide Customer Service regarding collection issues, process customer refunds, process and review account adjustments.
    • Resolve client discrepancies and short payments.
    • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining assigned accounts - customer calls, accounts adjustments, small balance write off, customers reconciliations and processing credit memos.
    • Ensuring On-Time Generation and Sending of Notices.
    • To ensure that all transactions / requests are properly tagged / process in the system.
    • MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
    • Graduate of any 4-year course; preferably Finance & Accounting and other related business course
    • With 6 months of work-related experience
    • With at least 2 years experience in Real Estate Industry
    • Must be PC proficient and able to thrive in a fast -pace setting.
    • Must have strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel and etc.)

    • Good communication skills, decision-making skills, negotiation skills & listening skills.
    • Salary
    • Php13,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
