Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in accordance with current labor laws and regulations.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor standards, laws, and regulations, including processing requirements from LGUs and DOLE.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes for employees.
Maintain employee records, leave management, and attendance tracking.
Process government documentation and requirements such as permits, clearances, and reports from LGUs and DOLE.
Handle employee relations, including grievance resolution and performance management.
Administer employee benefits, payroll support, and related documentation.
Oversee administrative functions including office supplies, facilities management, and correspondence.
Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
Prepare reports and documentation for internal use and government compliance.
Stay updated on changes in labor laws, government policies, and industry best practices to ensure organizational compliance.
Provide support in various administrative tasks and office management duties as needed.
