Requirements :
Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Psychometrics, or related field
Strong knowledge of psychometric theories and principles
Proficiency in statistical software such as SPSS, R, or SAS
Experience with test development and validation processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
Understanding of ethical guidelines in psychological testing
Experience in research design and data interpretation
Responsibilities :
Design and develop psychological and educational assessments
Conduct statistical analyses to evaluate test reliability and validity
Collaborate with psychologists, educators, and researchers on test development
Interpret assessment data and prepare detailed reports
Ensure assessments comply with ethical and professional standards
Maintain and update psychometric databases and documentation
Provide training and support on the use of assessment tools
Stay current with advances in psychometric methods and technologies
Contribute to research projects related to measurement and evaluation
Advise stakeholders on the appropriate use of assessment results
