Messaging and M365 Analyst Responsibilities :
o Provide effective and timely support to the business
o Help manage Messaging and M365 environment.
o Respond to client support requests.
o Monitor team Service Now queue
o Create process and testing documentation in TEAMS channel
o Create detailed documentation
o Participate in Change Advisory Board Meetings
o Participate in 24x7 on-call rota.
o Occasional travel to other offices as needed
Messaging and M365 Analyst Requirements :
o Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related.
o Proven 10+ years work experience in Messaging support environment.
o Experience in a large complex Messaging environment with
MS Exchange Server and Exchange Online hybrid

o Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner
o Any migration experience useful
o Knowledge of popular operating systems, software applications, and remote connection
