Your Responsibilities
As a Junior HR Generalist based in our Manila office, you’ll be an integral part of our local and global HR team, supporting the full employee lifecycle and helping shape a positive and engaging workplace culture. You’ll work closely with colleagues across departments, contributing to both day-to-day operations and strategic HR initiatives.
In this role, you will :
- Support core HR processes across recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding—ensuring a smooth and consistent employee experience aligned with our growth plans
- Assist in talent acquisition activities, including job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and interviewing candidates
- Help implement HR best practices and ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies
- Promote HR programs that foster employee engagement, well-being, and a values-driven culture
- Act as a liaison between HR and Admin, supporting cross-functional coordination and providing guidance on HR-related matters
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of employee timesheets and maintain up-to-date personnel records
- Take ownership of administrative tasks and contribute to special projects that enhance our HR operations and employee experience

Qualifications
You Offer
A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field1–5 years of experience in HR (generalist, specialist, or equivalent), ideally in a fast-paced, international environmentSolid foundation in recruitment, employee engagement, and timekeepingStrong organizational and time management skills, with a detail-oriented and analytical mindsetA proactive, flexible attitude and a structured working style with an eye for the bigger pictureProficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with applicant tracking systems is a plusFamiliarity with PEZA and DOLE compliance reporting is an advantageExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishBonus : experience with work permits or HR operations in high-growth companiesAdditional Information
