Job description

Schedule : Monday- Friday (06 : 00 AM-03 : 00 PM)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required :

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a finance-related business, completing financial and other administrative tasks
A background in finance, lending, or a related field
Proficiency in MS Office
Strong communication and collaboration skills, especially when working with loan of customers
Prior experience with Paraplanning in Australia is preferred

Nice to Have :

Proficiency in MS Office, Zoho, CRM Zoho Desk, and Plutosoft

What will you do?

Preparing and lodging forms and documentation for superannuation, investments, insurance, and other financial products as directed

Tracking implementation tasks and following up on outstanding items

Managing internal databases and updating client records in line with compliance requirements

Assisting with report generation and other general admin tasks

Ensuring high accuracy and attention to detail in all work submitted

Supporting other ad hoc tasks as required by the financial planning team
