Maintains cleanliness and orderliness of the dispatch area
Receives POS printout from Dining Crew / Bumping Screen
In-charge of calling out orders to cook assigned
Responsible in putting up garnishing before dispatching food
In-charge of the quality control of food prior to serving
Dispatches ready to serve food ordered by the customer
Does follow up of orders in the kitchen
In charge of packaging materials for taking - out orders
Performs any other duties as may be assigned by the Kitchen Head or Restaurant Supervisor
