That's why we are committed to providing an environment with your development and wellbeing at its center.You can expect : Competitive SalaryAttractive Retirement BenefitMedical and Life Insurance upon employment20 days Annual Vacation LeavesYour key responsibilities : AdvisoryProvide APAC and Hong Kong Infrastructure Functions with guidance and advice on Compliance, including new and amended DB Compliance policies and related country regulationsReview and provide comments to policy owners / authors on proposed new DB Compliance policies or amendments to existing policiesWork closely with Country Compliance and join senior management control and governance meetings to share and escalate material issues, developments and initiativesKeep abreast of regulatory changes and industry best practicesRisk AssessmentPerform Risk Assessments on APAC Infrastructure Compliance functions.Infrastructure Compliance InitiativesSupport the rollout of global and regional / country initiatives to APAC and Hong Kong Infrastructure FunctionsServe as the point of contact to coordinate between Project Teams and Country ComplianceSend communications, track status and provide such further assistance as may be necessary or appropriate to support implementation of the initiativesTraining & AwarenessIdentify training needs and develop classroom training / awareness sessions to supplement eLearning, and coordinate with the Regulatory Training Team to ensure proper recording / data administration of completed trainingCommunicationsDevelop and implement a communications plan for the issuance of Compliance related alerts, primers, FAQs and remindersData LeakageAssist Surveillance, Information Security and the relevant Compliance teams in investigating data leakage incidents, including client confidentiality breaches, and identifying appropriate remedial actionGenerate Management Information on APAC / Hong Kong data leakage incidents as requiredOutsourcingProvide guidance and support to Business Units / Divisions in performing outsourcing determinations and Compliance risk assessments relating to new outsourcing arrangements and review of changes in existing engagementsSupport implementation of updates and changes in the Third Party Risk Management framework, including ensuring that country outsourcing requirements are embedded in the systemManagement Information (MI) and reportingGenerate such reports relating to Compliance and regulatory matters as may be needed by Infrastructure Compliance on an ad hoc basisYour skills and experience : Technical Knowledge and SkillsUnderstanding of the regulatory and compliance environment affecting the banking industryKnowledge of financial instruments and banking products and Investment Banking businessGeneral CompetenciesDemonstrated ability to support / manage projects or change initiativesProven experience in business and data analysis and problem solvingStructured and self-managed, demonstrating a high level of diligence and attention to detail and commitment to ensuring consistently high-quality output whilst working to tight deadlinesResults orientated and ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environmentA desire to learn, great interpersonal skills and the ability to influence will provide the foundation to be successful in the roleProven ability to manage and maintain stakeholder relationships across all levelsWork ExperienceLikely to have experience in the banking / financial industry, preferably in a multinational organizationWorked in a compliance and / or risk management role involving regulatory risk covering one or more of the following : technology, cybersecurity, operations and outsourcingLikely to have familiarity with Hong Kong and APAC banking regulationsEducationA bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 educational institutionLanguage SkillsEnglish - Excellent oral and written communication skills including report writing experienceSoftware Technical SkillsProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointHow We'll Support YouTraining and development to help you excel in your careerCoaching and support from experts in your teamA culture of continuous learning to aid progressionAbout Us And Our TeamsDeutsche Bank is the leading German bank with strong European roots and a global network.
