What is the role that we need?

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the revenue cycle process frompatient registration to final payment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility, obtaining necessary authorizations as needed.
• Review and analyze medical documentation to ensure accurate coding and billing.
• Submit claims to insurance companies and follow up on claim status to ensure timely reimbursement.
• Investigate and resolve claim denials and rejections, appealing as necessary.
• Process patient payments, post transactions, and reconcile accounts receivable balances.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and billing staff to address coding and billing issues.
• Monitor key performance indicators and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to revenue cycle management.
• Provide training and support to staff on billing procedures, coding guidelines, and compliance requirements
