Role Overview

We're hiring Medical Insurance Specialists with hands-on experience in :

Insurance eligibility verification

Pre-authorizations

Referral management

Claims processing

Credentialing (preferred but not required)

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in US medical insurance processes
• Excellent English communication and phone skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Comfortable with graveyard shift (12 AM – 9 AM PHT)
• Able to work independently in a remote setting
• Must have dual monitors
• Stable internet (minimum 50 Mbps or can upgrade)
