Software Developer (Research & Development)

FOREST LAKE DEVELOPMENT, INC. is actively seeking an experienced Software Developer who has a strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and security.Job Responsibilities : Document all requirements and business solutions such that stakeholders and the development team understand them clearly to go about their tasks.Assess the impact of the solution on various stakeholders.Assess the feasibility of the recommended solution from a business perspective.Manage changes to business requirements and conduct impact analysis.Work with the test team during the test phase to ensure that the solution is accurate and free of bugs and issues.Assist end users in understanding the changes and help them work with the new solution, minimizing resistance to organizational changes.Ensure that the company's data privacy policies are followed and regulated.Job Qualifications : Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a technology environment.Experience in system analysis (SA).Effective written and oral communication skills.Positive, customer-focused interpersonal skills and attitude.Ability to work in a team environment.Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.Fluency or understanding of programming languages such as C#, C++, Java, JavaScript, PHP, or Python.Expertise in RDBMS design and operation with strong knowledge of SQL.Strong understanding of operating systems, networking, and security.Working knowledge of the web development cycle and programming techniques and tools.Experience with Azure, Google Cloud, AWS, or other mainstream cloud computing platforms.Additional experience in project management and development skills through teamwork.Full-Time position(s) available.Benefits : Leave credits.Group Life Insurance.HMO.Uniform allowance.Communication allowance.Annual salary increase.Performance incentive and year-end bonus.Job Location : 3rd Floor Alexcy Building, 51 Presidents' Avenue, Brgy.
