Job descriptionCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, Journalism, Linguistics / Languages, Mass Communications or equivalent. Open to fresh graduates with experience in writing, editing, proofreading articles, books, research, etc. Must have strong communication skills, a strong command of the English language Open to fresh graduates with passion for literature, can do proofreading, checking and correcting articles, books, etc. At least 1 year(s) of working experience as AUDIOBOOK QUALITY CONTROL or experience in writing, editing and proofreading articles or documents is an advantage Candidate must be amenable to WORK ON SITE. Preferably someone residing near Taguig (Bayani Road) Must have excellent command of the English Language Must have passion for books and reading Audiobook familiarity is a plus and passion for Literature Required skills : High attention to details English reader and speaker Excellent proofreader and quality control Can start immediately Amenable to work from 1 PM to 10 PM, onsite daily.
Scope :
- Listen to recorded narration of audiobooks while monitoring text for accuracy and consistency
- Note misreads, grammatical errors, and wrong pronounciations
- Manage, maintain and track defects status
- Other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time
