Key Responsibilities :
Sourcing : Use various platforms to source qualified candidates for open positions.
Screening : Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Job Posting : Create and manage job ads to attract top talent.
Candidate Management : Maintain accurate records of candidates and progress through ATS.
Onboarding Support : Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new hires.
Reporting : Prepare recruitment metrics and weekly hiring status updates.
Qualifications :
2–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Familiarity with sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously
