Customers in more than 135 countries depend on Aviat Networks to build, expand, and upgrade their voice, data, and video solutions.We currently have an immediate need for an RF Test Engineer in Clark Pampanga, Philippines.About the Role : The position will ensure proper implementation of test, evaluation, upgrade and repair to Repair & Return (R&R) units of all but not limited to AVIAT Networks products.

Log all test and repair details to Clarify system and other AVIAT Networks internal IT system deemed necessary for proper operation and documentation of the repair process.

It will ensure that all R&R issues and improvements are acted upon and resolved in a timely manner.

Will help in solving repair related issues and resolved in a timely manner.

It will guarantee that the Clarify system and other AVIAT Networks internal IT system are properly maintained and contains the correct and up to date necessary R&R information which is very important to other Aviat's department like Quality, Design, Engineering, Project, Sales, Marketing etc.

that can further improve Aviat's products and provide reasonable decision-making.

Lastly, the position will be important in the continuing effort to meet all ISO standards of the company.ResponsibilitiesImplement test and evaluation to R&R units of all but not limited to AVIAT Networks products.Implement repair and upgrade if necessary to all but not limited to AVIAT Networks products.Log all test and repair details to Clarify and other AVIAT Networks internal IT system deemed necessary for proper operation and documentation of the repair process.Provide technical support with all AVIAT Networks Customers both internal and external.On occasion provide field visit to customer site local and abroad.Ensure Expedite Repairs are received and completed on time.Assist on producing Department Efficiency and Performance Reports.Assist on test equipment and test fixtures calibration schedules and repair of Test Fixtures.Crosstrain other RF Test Engineers as necessary.Ensure any empty free stock component bin is reported to Logistics.Keep the Test Fixtures and other Repair accessories in proper order.Other duties deemed necessary by the ManagerQualifications & CompetenciesDegree or similar qualification in Engineering / TechnicalPreferably Electronics EngineerExcellent verbal and written communication skills,Cooperative attitude and team playerExcellent interpersonal and time management skillsString analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented, multi-tasking and able to deal with deadlinesAbility to learn new technologies quicklyAble to work cross-functionallyMust be fluent in English, both oral and writtenElectronics EnthusiastWe encourage you to read our Candidate Privacy Notice .
