Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. 5–8 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in manufacturing or plastic injection molding industries. At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity. Background in handling customized or technical products and working with clients in OEM or industrial markets. Strong project coordination skills across departments (engineering, production, QA, logistics). Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office, and basic costing or pricing principles. Willing to travel for client visits and site meetings.
