Test Engineer

Your JobMolex Integrated Products Philippines, Inc., is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Test Engineer who will perform advanced testing and validation of electronic systems by conducting signal integrity analysis, Hi-Pot and low voltage tests, failure analysis, and technical evaluations.

An agile individual to drive project success by managing technical testing initiatives, identifying root causes of failures, and implementing corrective actions to ensure product performance, safety, and compliance with quality standards.Our TeamYou will work closely with cross-functional teams from Operations, Plant, Engineering, Supervisors, and Management.What You Will DoReview requirements, specifications, user documentation, help files, and other project documentation to assure quality of the products and tests to be developed.Select and develop appropriate test automation tools, applying the latest techniques in test automation.Continue improve the product test tooling and fixture for MP projects.Update test execution status following agreed-upon processes as part of regularly scheduled test status updates.Maintain all testers and fixtures to make sure they are in excellent conditions for production.Set up equipment tester for production lines.Assist on the assurance of effective process and product transfer.Develop and implement test systems that optimize all phases of production process.Maintain reliable and safe test systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers.Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.Review and analyze collected record.Ensure test operation and projects are cost efficient.Report progress and improvement in weekly / monthly to immediate superior.Provide suggestions and analysis for any test related quality issues.Assist in problem solving analysis for any test related internal quality issues and customer returns.Develop innovative solutions.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in electronics, physics, or similar technical fieldAt least 1-2 years of working experience in a test-manufacturing settingWhat Will Put You AheadExperience with High-Speed Cable, High / Low Voltage Testing, and Signal Integrity TestingStrong computer skills and knowledge of Windows / MS Office applicationsExperience operating standard electrical / electronic test equipment.Experience operating environmental / mechanical test equipment.Knowledge of experimental design.Knowledge of statistical analysis techniques.

Experience in writing automation applications using LabView / Python or similar toolsWith Low Voltage (Open, Short, Resistance) and High Voltage (Dielectric Withstanding / Insulation Resistance) Testing BackgroundWith Signal Integrity Testing (Insertion Loss, Return Loss, Crosstalk, Mode Conversion, Impedance) BackgroundAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
