Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Project Manager .

You are responsible for managing store sales activities, including developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve top line, bottom line, and market share targets.

What the role will entail

  • Rmend and initiate policy, process, and system enhancements to address business, marketing, and customer needs.
  • Assess program performance, customer needs, and industry trends to rmend strategic plans for Auto Loan, Credit Cards, and Personal Loan.
  • Facilitate workshops to collect project requirements and user feedback.
  • Participate in meetings with team members, stakeholders, and external parties to ensure effective implementation of sales acquisition programs.
  • Evaluate individual performance and rmend opportunities for career progression, skills development, and training.

    • What we're looking for

  • College graduate of any four-year course
  • One year in sales and / or marketing
  • Experience in Sales & Marketing, Business Strategy, Project Management, Product Management, Business Development, Cost-Benefit Analysis, Budgeting, Data Analysis, and Forecasting.
