This includes thorough supervision for the interpretation of conceptualization, design development with a major consideration on the construction system, building laws, cost efficiency and constructability.Manage Mechanical, Electrical & Sanitary(MEPF) engineering consultants in executing design in line with the approved intent and budget.Develop mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems(HVAC, lighting, power, fire protection, water, drainage, and other related engineering scope.Conduct load calculations and energy analysis to ensure system performance for site verification.Create detailed drawings, diagrams, and specifications for MEPFS systems for designer / consultant's approval.Handle utility applications for projects, including power, water, and auxiliary services.Prepare Engineering construction documentations.Collaborate with other engineers, architects, and contractors to integrate MEPF systems into the building design.Ensure systems comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards.Responsible for coordinating with project owners, engineers, suppliers and contractors the design intent of the project.Visit and supervise actual accomplishment of the projects.Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of MEPF systems on-site.Monitor progress and resolve issues or challenges related to the MEPF systems during construction.Qualifications : Electrical Engineering graduateAt least 5 years in real estate developmentKnowledge in Autocad, REVIT, Sketchup &Civil 3DSeniority levelSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at PHINMA Property Holdings Corporation by 2xGet notified about new Electrical Engineer jobs in Bacolod, Western Visayas, Philippines.We're unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
