About the Role :
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to meet the organizations staffing goals. This role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle.
Key Responsibilities :
- Determine selection criteria, hiring profiles, and job requirements for open positions
- Source candidates through online portals, job boards, social platforms, and traditional media
- Manage the hiring process using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Evaluate applications and conduct initial screenings via calls or email
- Facilitate pre-interview assessments and compile interview questions
- Conduct in-person or virtual interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure alignment with hiring needs
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar roleAdvanced knowledge of recruitment platforms and sourcing strategiesProven ability to screen candidates effectively and manage shortlistsStrong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
