Job description The Marketing Officer is responsible for leading and executing strategic marketing efforts to drive brand growth, lead generation, client retention, and corporate partnerships. This role is both creative and analytical—combining strong branding, campaign execution, and competitive insight. The Marketing Officer will work closely with the CEO to assess the market, guide business positioning, and advance Body Mechanic’s overall marketing strategy in alignment with the company’s mission to help people move beyond pain. Key Responsibilities : 1. Marketing Strategy & Execution - Collaborate directly with the CEO to create, align, and execute monthly and quarterly marketing plans - Monitor and optimize campaigns across digital and offline platforms based on performance data and KPIs - Lead the development and implementation of promotional strategies and service launch campaigns - Propose new tactics based on evolving business goals and patient behavior insights. 2. Market Research, Auditing & Competitive Analysis - Conduct regular market research and audience insights gathering to support lead generation and retention strategies - Perform periodic brand audits to ensure consistency, relevance, and alignment with the company mission - Execute competitor analysis to identify market gaps, new trends, pricing shifts, and branding strengths / weaknesses - Present marketing findings and improvement proposals during monthly marketing reviews with the CEO. 3. Content & Social Media - Own the content calendar and ensure timely execution of educational, promotional, and community-driven content - Supervise creation of Reels, testimonials, carousels, patient features, and behind-the-scenes videos - Maintain consistent and compelling brand voice across all content touchpoints - Collaborate with internal teams (PTs, store, ops) for authentic content capture 4. Corporate & Community Partnerships - Identify, pitch, and manage corporate partnerships for wellness programs, posture audits, and employee recovery packages - Develop co-branded initiatives with gyms, influencers, fitness communities, and local brands - Represent Body Mechanic during external partnership events and activations - Coordinate execution of wellness booths, brand activations, and company health programs. 5. Digital Marketing & CRM - Plan and optimize Facebook / Instagram / Google ad campaigns based on lead generation goals - Build, monitor, and evaluate reactivation and nurture sequences via SMS, Viber, and email - Work with booking / CRM systems to segment and target audiences for follow-ups and promotions - Update website and digital assets as needed, coordinating with external web developers if necessary. 6. Events & Brand Activations - Plan and execute promotional events, community runs, sneak peeks, and recovery bar tie-ins - Oversee booth design, marketing materials, and campaign timelines pre / post event - Lead post-event content, recap coverage, and performance reporting 7. Team & Admin Coordination - Supervise and mentor Marketing Associate(s) - Ensure marketing inventory (flyers, banners, branded merch) is stocked and ready for activations - Submit detailed monthly marketing reports, performance analysis, and recommendations to the CEO - Align with other departments to support clinic-wide campaigns and operational updates. Qualifications : - Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field - At least 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a wellness, clinic, or consumer service brand - Proficiency in Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, CRM / email tools - Solid understanding of marketing funnels, brand building, and client engagement - Strong organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) - Bonus : Experience with corporate partnerships, agency work, or health / wellness marketing Soft Skills : - Strategic and creative thinker - Highly proactive and independent, but collaborative - Passion for health, recovery, and movement optimization - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving clinic environment - Detail-oriented, with the ability to analyze and improve systems KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) : -New lead generation and conversion rate - Reactivation rate of past clients - Growth and engagement across social platforms - Number and quality of corporate partnerships initiated - Execution rate of content calendar and campaign timelines - Brand and competitor insights reported and acted upon Job Types : Full-time, Permanent Pay : Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month Benefits : - Company events - Employee discount - Health insurance - Opportunities for promotion - Pay raise - Promotion to permanent employee Schedule : - 8 hour shift - Day shift Supplemental Pay : - 13th month salary - Overtime pay Ability to commute / relocate : Passi City : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location : In person
