  • Following EST | Shifting Schedule | Weekend Rotation
  • This position is 70% CSR Work + 30% TSR Work
  • Text, email, and outbound call support for a mobile app
  • The Profile

  • Should have at least 3 years of customer service experience
  • Experience in troubleshooting app / software / hardware-related issues
  • Can handle outbound / scheduled calls
  • Fluent in English with good grammar
  • Nice to have : Tier 2 with SaaS experience
