Warehouse Supervisor

To receive delivered materials, tools, or equipment (items).

• To check and ensure the delivered materials, tools, and equipment (items) are correct in terms of description, and quantity.
• To issue delivered items to the requesters.
• To ensure proper cleanliness, count, labeling, and safety, of items stored under a temporary staging area.
• To keep track, segregate, and properly label damaged delivered items from the good items.
• To effectively carry out all orders of the upper management.
• To load and unload items from trucks to delivery or staging area.
• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, and instructions as relevant and required by the Quality System.
• To manage the overall inventory of Equipment tools, hand tools, and calibration equipment, when assigned by his / her Supervisor.
• To help out in canvassing materials and / or inventory taking when assigned as determined by Purchasing and / or Accounting.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so set by the COO or BOD
