Enter booking information into NetSuite

Update booking information - Changes

Create SLIs

Handle AES Filings

Confirm draft B / Ls

Confirm ERD dates

Confirm ship schedules with port website

Book Drayage

Create and Submit PO from NetSuite to Drayage company

Confirm appointments have been made

Get the container numbers prior to pick-up of product

Enter Item Receipt in NetSuite for Freight

Review port tickets to confirm inbounded correctly

Update Freight Costs in NetSuite Items

Create New Items

Compare freight rates and select a preferred vendor

Qualifications And Requirements

Experience with Ocean Freight, Trucking / Drayage, NetSuite

Familiar with standard freight terminology / mean and how ocean freight bookings work.
