Automotive Business Manager

Manage the overall operation of the dealership.

• Develops strategies, directs development of marketing programs and materials such as advertising & event support.
• Ensures the successful implementation of all the marketing campaigns & projects.
• Writes proposals for new business, participates in planning and presentation sessions when assigned.
• Establishes sales territories & quotas.
• Seeks out and establishes new accounts.
• Represents the company when dealing with the dealer principal, business associates and customers.
• Ensures that all transactions with banks and financing institutions are in accordance with the set standards of the company.
• Parts & Service Management
• Delegates work assignments, sets expectations and monitors delegated activities.
• Plans, develops, recommends and coordinates implementation of personnel and compensation changes.
• Facilitates employee development through mentoring, cross training, and public seminars and trainings.
• JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• Required skill(s) : sales, marketing, automotive, operations management, leadership, driving.
• At least 6 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Assistant Managers / Managers Experienced Employees specializing in Business Operations, Automotive / Corporate Sales or equivalent.
• Applicants must be willing to work in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte.
