About the Role
We're looking for a proactive, data-driven Amazon SEO Expert & PPC Manager who thrives
on improving rankings, optimizing ads, and driving measurable sales growth. You'll play a critical
role in managing advertising campaigns, executing SEO strategies, and helping our client
capture market share on Amazon.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute Amazon SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and keyword
rankings
Build, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, SponsoredBrands, Sponsored Display)
Conduct regular keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growthopportunities
Monitor KPIs such as TACoS, ACOS, CTR, and conversion rates, adjusting strategiesaccordingly
Implement and manage automation rules in Helium10 AdtomicLaunch new products with structured advertising and SEO plansCollaborate with internal teams to align strategies with client budgets and goalsOwn key deliverables known as "Rocks"- your personal, measurable quarterly objectivesMeasurable You'll Be Evaluated On

We don’t believe in working hard without recognition. You’ll be eligible to earn a $200 bonus
per quarter for each Rock (key goal) completed on time and aligned with company priorities.

What We're Looking For
3+ years managing Amazon PPC campaigns and SEO optimizationsHands-on experience with Helium10 (Adtomic, Keyword Tracker) and Amazon BrandAnalytics
Proven track record of improving ACOS, TACoS, and organic rankingsStrong analytical skills—you can turn data into actionable strategiesExcellent English communication skills—both written and spokenComfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced, remote environmentMUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN EQUIPMENT AND A RELIABLE HIGH-SPEEDINTERNET CONNECTION
