IT Services & Software Development Virtual Assistant

We’re on the lookout for a skilled and proactive IT & Software Development Virtual Assistant to support our clients in building and maintaining software applications, troubleshooting tech issues, and managing automation and system improvements. If you have a background in web or app development and enjoy solving tech problems — this could be a great fit! Key Responsibilities : Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot websites or web-based applications Support software integration and system automation tasks Set up and manage CRMs and workflow automation tools Assist with tech support and troubleshooting Write clean, scalable code and perform testing Collaborate with clients and teams on project requirements Ensure data security and system backups Document technical processes and provide training when needed Qualifications : At least 1 year of experience in software development or IT support Proficient in one or more programming languages (JavaScript, Python, PHP, etc.) Familiarity with web frameworks (React, Laravel, etc.) or CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow) Experience in using CRMs and automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.) Strong problem-solving and communication skills Detail-oriented and comfortable working independently Ability to meet deadlines and work with US-based clients
