Now Hiring : Business Unit Manager Location : Davao City Employment Type : Full-TimeWe are a dynamic private company with multiple business units, and we are seeking a highly experienced Business Unit Manager to lead and drive growth in one of our key units.Key Qualifications : Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in managing a business unit or similar role.Proven track record of managing operations with annual revenues of at least PHP 300 million.Strong expertise in process planning, implementation, monitoring, and control.Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.Results-driven, highly organized, and strategic thinker.Strong leadership and people management skills.Key Responsibilities : Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals and KPIs.Lead process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability.Monitor operational performance and implement corrective actions as needed.Analyze financial statements, particularly P&L, to guide decision-making.Ensure consistent achievement of revenue, cost, and profit targets.Lead and mentor teams to deliver excellent business performance.Preferred Qualifications : Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or any related field.MBA or relevant advanced education is a plus.Experience in (Insert industry, e.g., manufacturing, retail, F&B, etc.)
