The Event Manager is responsible for developing potential clients through research, telemarketing and / or sales calls and manage existing customers for banquet facilities through periodic sales calls, entertainment and corporate and / or social events. He / she should be able to sell banquet facilities and F&B packages to generate leads and meet revenue budget and goals.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as Event Manager. He / she should be able to build strong client relationship and with good interpersonal skill. He / she should be collaborative, personable, organized and is a fast worker.
The Event Manager will follow up leads and submitted proposals and conduct site inspections and food tastings, when necessary, in order to confirm business leads. He / she should execute the plans and programs detailed in the marketing plan.
