Job descriptionMaintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing merchandise. Utilizing warehouse lift equipment to load and unload merchandise as well as move and lift. Organizing warehouse merchandise and stacking them on shelves and racks in accordance with company guidelines. Performing all duties necessary to maintain warehouse cleanliness, which includes sweeping, mopping, and dusting as needed. Proper reporting of received good items and breakages for incoming checker. Incoming checker will act as the warehouseman that will secure all the items inside the warehouse area. Outgoing checker to make sure that the customer's received and signed the invoices. Proper documentation. Receiving incoming products and verifying that they are undamaged and of sound quality.
- Counting received items.
- Retrieving specified products from storage as per the delivery or shipping orders.
- Preparing products for delivery or shipping by packaging and labeling them accordingly.
- Moving all outgoing products to the delivery area.
- Ensuring that all products is properly secured in the delivery vehicles to prevent damage during transit.
- Enforced and comply with all operational procedures and standards related to receiving, storing and releasing of goods.
- Screen out goods that are off-standard (wrong delivery, damaged, expired, etc.)
from being given to customers
