JOB ROLE
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handles end to end payroll process.
- Validate all means of time entries and present them in a summary relative to pay rules and regulations.
- Liaise with government offices to register, update records, verify payments and process benefits.
- Receive clearance and turn-over of accountabilities of exiting employees, process and issue exit pay and secure documentation related to separation.
- Update, safekeep and maintain the confidentiality of Employee Masterlist.
- Process regularization kit of newly regularized employee(uniforms, HMO card, leave credits).
- Issue notices or memorandum to erring employees related to Attendance.
- Promote an effective culture that rewards high performance through employee engagement activities.
- Responsible for administrative task to support department, answers queries about human resource related issues.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related area.At least 1-2 years of experience in Human Resource (Compensation and Benefits)Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills, people management, coordinate with all levels in the organization.Team Player, Results oriented and pro-active.Attention to details and strong decision making.Willing to work onsite (Las Piñas City)Work Schedule : 8AM to 5PMSalaryFrom Php15,000.00 per monthBenefitsCompany Christmas giftCompany eventsHealth insuranceOpportunities for promotionPaid trainingPromotion to permanent employeeSchedule :
