Position : Japanese Marketing Coordinator

Industry : Insurance Company

Location : Makati City

Schedule : 8 : 30AM to 5 : 30PM (M-F)

Salary : Php80,000 - 100,000 Gross

Work set-up : Onsite

Requirements :

Can speak, read and write Japanese language

Open for Japanese National or Half-Japanese and Half-Filipino with Japanese Level 1 proficiency.

Conversational in English language

Bachelor’s degree holder

Marketing or insurance related experience is an advantage

Responsibilities :

Provide support to Japanese nationals

Assist Japanese clients in insurance renewal, responding to inquiries and other service requirements.

Handle / participate in the arrangement of meetings

Handle inquiries from Japan headquarter

Participate in Marketing campaigns

Facilitate the processing of reimbursement of expenses for submission to Headquarter in Japan.

Perform other duties as may be assigned by immediate superior.
