Experience Mechanical : 2 years (preferred) Electrical : 2 years (preferred) Boilers, WWTP and Process Water Treatment : 2 years (preferred) Building Maintenance : 3 years (preferred) Master Electrician (preferred)
Knowledgeable in Electrical, Mechanical, FDAS, Plumbing and Civil Works (Painting, welding
fabrication).
- Familiarity of using measuring tools and knowledgeable in air-conditioning units.
- Perform Preventive and Corrective maintenance for all utility, office and facilities equipment.
- Operation of Boilers, WWTP and process water treatment.
- Reliever for operator assigned to chiller area, and to cover up shift operation works of facilities / utilities operator.
- With TESDA certificate on Civil, Electrical, electromechanical or equivalent experience.
- Hardworking and willing to work on extra hours and shifting schedule.
- Able to follow written and oral instruction.
- With 1 -3 years relevant experience on building / facility / property and manufacturing operation and
maintenance.
