Employment Type : Full-Time Department : Finance & AccountingAbout the Role : Agri Exim Global, Inc., a leading player in the coconut processing industry, is looking for a competent and reliable Accounting Manager to lead our local accounting team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting processes, ensuring compliance with tax and statutory regulations, and supporting financial planning and analysis for our growing operations in Davao del Sur.Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily accounting functions including general ledger, AP / AR, inventory accounting, and bank reconciliationsPrepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reportsEnsure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirementsLead month-end and year-end closing activitiesSupport internal and external audits, and coordinate required documentationMentor and supervise accounting staff to ensure timely and accurate outputsAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysisDrive improvements in financial processes and internal controlsQualifications : Bachelor's degree in Accountancy; CPA license strongly preferredMinimum of 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including 2+ years in a leadership roleSolid knowledge of Philippine taxation, accounting standards, and regulatory complianceProficient in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and MS ExcelStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsSolid experience in manufacturing industry is preferredWilling to work onsite in Darong, Sta.
