About the Role As a Senior Account Executive, you’ll be the main client contact, driving campaign results and delivering exceptional PR work.
You’ll shape communications strategies, manage execution across media channels, ensure client satisfaction, and collaborate closely with internal teams.
You’ll be reporting to an Australian manager, so confidence in cross-cultural communication and remote collaboration is key.
This fast-paced role requires strong communication, critical thinking, and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Key Responsibilities Act as primary client contact : understand goals, provide strategic guidance, and ensure satisfaction through timely, high-quality deliverables and regular updates.
Develop and execute PR and communications strategies, including writing press releases, pitches, speeches, and coordinating media outreach to build strong journalist and influencer relationships.
Track media coverage to ensure accurate client representation and measure campaign success through data analysis and detailed reporting.
Lead, mentor, and delegate tasks to junior team members, ensuring deadlines are met and fostering collaboration across creative, digital, and content teams.
Identify opportunities to expand services with existing clients and support new business development through proposal contributions and strategic input.
Stay informed of industry trends and emerging platforms to bring innovative ideas to campaigns.
What We’re Looking For Proven experience leading PR campaigns for B2B or B2C clients, preferably in healthcare, tech, or consumer sectors.
Strong media relations and communication skills, with the ability to develop high-quality media materials and secure coverage.
Experience managing client accounts and using PR measurement tools for reporting campaign performance.
Familiarity with digital PR, social media strategy, or influencer marketing.
Background in journalism, media buying, or content marketing.
Key Skills Experience working with international clients or agencies.
Excellent interpersonal skills to confidently liaise with clients, media, and internal teams.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple projects independently.
Leadership experience with a proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.
