  • Management Accountants
  • are trained and conditioned to facilitate and handle the day-to-day financial accounting & analysis, budget management, taxation, forecasting and related financial management activities for Aumni PH's Cebu and Baguio Offices.

As a

  • anagement Accountant
  • you will be handling key responsibilities related to internal finance processes ranging from financial accounting and budgets, taxation, expenditures, compensation & benefits, financial statements and reports preparation; alongside other financial and related pseudo-administrative functions.
  • Responsibilities
  • Preparing financial reports and budgets, as well as controlling and forecasting expenditures and cash flow.
  • Overseeing accounting procedures and monitoring auditing and taxation practices, as well as provide insights on benefits and compensation packages.
  • Ensuring that financial management policies and procedures adhere to regulatory standards.
  • Performing bookkeeping and other related financial records-keeping, as well as protecting sensitive and confidential financial and operational information.
  • Keeping informed of regulatory requirements and best practices in management accounting and ensure smooth implementation and coalescence with existing company practices
  • Analyzing key financial data and advising Aumni PH's senior management on strategic planning.
  • Gathering and interpreting information to evaluate the efficiency of financial procedures.
  • Working with Aumni PH's senior management on developing and implementing cost-effective financial policies and procedures, as well as mitigating financial risks.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
  • A minimum of two years' experience as a management accountant in a related business
  • Proficiency in business management and accounting software, such as Xero, QuickBooks, and NetSuite is a plus
  • Extensive knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations
  • Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Superb leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
