As a
anagement Accountant
you will be handling key responsibilities related to internal finance processes ranging from financial accounting and budgets, taxation, expenditures, compensation & benefits, financial statements and reports preparation; alongside other financial and related pseudo-administrative functions.
Responsibilities
Preparing financial reports and budgets, as well as controlling and forecasting expenditures and cash flow.
Overseeing accounting procedures and monitoring auditing and taxation practices, as well as provide insights on benefits and compensation packages.
Ensuring that financial management policies and procedures adhere to regulatory standards.
Performing bookkeeping and other related financial records-keeping, as well as protecting sensitive and confidential financial and operational information.
Keeping informed of regulatory requirements and best practices in management accounting and ensure smooth implementation and coalescence with existing company practices
Analyzing key financial data and advising Aumni PH's senior management on strategic planning.
Gathering and interpreting information to evaluate the efficiency of financial procedures.
Working with Aumni PH's senior management on developing and implementing cost-effective financial policies and procedures, as well as mitigating financial risks.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
A minimum of two years' experience as a management accountant in a related business
Proficiency in business management and accounting software, such as Xero, QuickBooks, and NetSuite is a plus
Extensive knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations
Strong mathematical and analytical aptitude
Exceptional attention to detail
Superb leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
