The Role

We’re searching for a  Sales Development Representative  to join our fully remote team. You don’t need years of experience – what matters most is your curiosity, drive, and willingness to learn.   Bonus points if you have an attention to detail.

Reporting to the Co-Founder & CEO, you will be responsible for managing outreach campaigns for a portfolio of customers. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Using Fuzzy, our latest all-in-one AI email platform, to reply to customers, manage workflows, and support the team – don’t worry, you don’t need prior experience with Fuzzy, as we’ll provide all the training you need to get up to speed
  • Collaborating with customer and getting an understanding of the client’s business through the onboarding call recordings
  • Using the Fuzzy Sequence platform as well as other sources like Apollo to identify and prioritize leads
  • Contributing new ideas for how we can improve our marketing and operations
  • Developing and executing tailored outreach messages, in British English, targeted at booking meetings for the client’s sales teams
  • Applying a process-oriented approach to campaign management and daily operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at every step
  • Providing frequent updates to the manager on the outreach and engagement status of clients
  • Sharing Friday emails with clients to drive better engagement

Ideal Profile

  • You have a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role where you have been driving outreach to international customers.
  • You have a proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • You have hands-on experience working with lead generation tools like Apollo, Lusha, etc. In the past you've managed and executed email marketing campaigns using  Apollo  or similar platforms
  • You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate value propositions effectively.
  • You have a process-oriented mindset, a can-do attitude, and a genuine interest in AI and improving how people work
  • A strong plus if you're comfortable speaking on the phone and enjoy building rapport with prospects
  • You are self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • You demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Bonus points if you have calling experience.
