This role supports day-to-day execution for both our B2B (client-facing) and B2C (tutor recruitment and engagement) campaigns.You'll help bring campaigns to life—posting, coordinating, tracking, and supporting creative rollouts—while also participating in brainstorming sessions, research, and data tracking.

Support email marketing efforts—set up, test, and monitor campaignsHelp implement tutor recruitment promos, referral pushes, and community campaignsTrack campaign outputs, organize performance data, and update internal dashboardsContent & Research SupportAssist in preparing case studies, blog content, and internal newsletter updatesSupport SEO-related tasks (e.g., keyword research, on-page optimization) — training providedResearch education trends, competitor campaigns, and marketing benchmarksContribute ideas during team brainstorms for new campaigns or creative anglesCoordination & AdminLiaise with designers, copywriters, and other team members to help push campaigns forwardMaintain updated content calendars, asset trackers, and shared foldersHelp with basic campaign reporting, screenshots, and documentationQualifications1–2 years of experience in marketing or related support rolesStrong organizational skills and attention to detailSolid communication and collaboration skillsComfortable juggling multiple tasks and deadlinesWillingness to learn new tools and systemsA portfolio, sample project, or writing sample is a plus—but not requiredBonus SkillsExperience with SEO tools or blog writingBasic Canva, video editing, or design senseFamiliarity with LinkedIn or Meta ad campaigns (even just assisting with setup)CRM or email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
