Automation Solutions Delivery Lead (OpEx Manager)

We're Hiring!!! - Minimum 7–9 years of relevant experience, including at least 3–5 years leading automation solution delivery teams - Experience managing technical developers (both RPA developers and software engineers) and technical BAs - Strong, hands-on experience in Python programming for automation scripting, custom solution development, and API integrations - Working experience with lowcode / no-code automation platforms (e.g., UiPath, Power Platform, etc.) for rapid delivery of appropriate use cases - Solid understanding of Web Development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST APIs) to support custom automation and web integrations - Ability to assess automation requirements and determine the best-fit approach (low-code vs. full-stack development) based on complexity, scalability, and maintainability. Work setup : Hybrid setup with 2x a month onsite Schedule : Mid shift (2 pm - 10 pm) Location : Quezon City, Diliman
