In-charge of order processing and restocking.

• Ensures that boutique is organized.
• Informs clients of new products and promos to encourage purchases.
• Arranges product displays.
• Safeguards items from fraudulent activities and transactions.
• Addresses and resolves customer complaints.
• Converts queries and walk-ins to sales.
• Processes customer payments using POS.
• Daily encoding of sales transactions into the system.
• Maintains an in-depth product knowledge.
• Qualifications
• Preferably with experience in selling jewelry / pearls or retail, especially high-end apparel / accessory brands or other relevant job.
