Expectations :

Coaching and development of team members

Process improvement and development initiatives

Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Alignment

Develop and execute strategies aligned with company priorities and goals.

Monitor industry trends to anticipate challenges and identify growth opportunities.

Client Relations

Act as the main point of contact for client concerns and escalations.

Gather client feedback on consultant performance and project outcomes.

Operations Management

Coordinate with internal teams to identify new revenue streams and enhance client relationships.

Onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition into company processes and systems.

Performance Management

Set clear expectations and track team performance against deadlines and quality standards.

Handle performance management and escalate issues to HR as needed.

Implement initiatives to improve engagement, satisfaction, and retention.

Compliance

Ensure compliance with company policies, local laws, and industry standards.

Recruitment Support

Collaborate with HR to identify top talent and ensure recruitment strategies meet operational needs.

Capacity Planning

Conduct capacity planning to optimize task assignments and resource utilization.

Financial Management

Monitor billing and follow up on client payments.

Support financial reporting, analysis, and forecasting.

Risk and Gap Analysis

Identify skill gaps, risks, and market opportunities and propose actionable solutions.

Professional Development

Engage in continuous learning through training and workshops.

Participate actively in company meetings and initiatives.

Networking and Collaboration

Build and maintain relationships with industry leaders, partners, and stakeholders.

Other Duties

Perform additional tasks as assigned by the immediate manager.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred (but not required).

3+ years of experience managing operations in outsourcing / offshoring or shared services.

Strong experience managing financial accounts.

Proven client and customer relationship management skills.

Solid data gathering, analysis, and presentation skills.

Strong project coordination and team management abilities.

Financial reporting knowledge, especially P&L analysis, preferred but not required.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.

Passion for professional development and continuous process improvement.

Willingness to work onsite in Davao City.
