JOB DESCRIPTIONPlan & oversee business development efforts for the Philippines in assigned areas / clusters with a goal to on-board high-quality budget hotels on to the company's networkIdentify new hotels that meet the company's standards in terms of location, pricing, infrastructure quality, owner willingness etc.and pitch for the company's partnership proposal
Negotiate the company's commercial agreement with interested hotels and sign-up roomsStrengthen relationship with existing hotel owners & other relevant stakeholdersCollaborate with other teams in the company such as operations, marketing, pricing, customer support, finance etc.to ensure smooth functioning of hotels on day-to-day basis
JOB QUALIFICATIONAt least 2 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in B2B prospecting or client acquisitionStrong analytical skills and ability to structure / negotiate large and complex business dealsMature, professional and has ability to build and maintain strong business relationships with clientsLocal market knowledge of Philippines is a mustRelevant experience in hospitality industry is an advantageExperience in early-stage startup environments preferredACTIVE DATESUrgent!
