Responsibilities :
Under direction of the Sr. Graphic Designer, complete assigned tasks for design efforts across, but not limited to, email, website banners, social media design, and retail displaysJoin team meetings or calls surrounding design effortsComplete requested edits & reviews in a timely mannerCoordinate with Marketing, Web, and Retail teams to scope out and clarify assigned tasksPhoto retouching and color correcting imagesBrainstorm creative concepts and present new ideasRequirements
4+ years of graphic design experienceExperience working with / for omnichannel (at least retail + e-commerce) beauty brandsExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignExperience working with Marketing & Retail teamsStrong communication skills & willingness to ask core clarifying questionsExperience working with project management tools such as Asana or ClickUpExperience designing emails for platforms such as KlaviyoExperience working with social team to create engaging and trend driven graphicsAttention to detailFamiliarity with core beauty design principlesStrong knowledge of the print process and preparing files for printStrong eye for design and ability to convey the brand aesthetic through compelling, innovative conceptsPhoto retouching and color correcting imagesMultitasking / Flexibility to switch between projects or pivot quickly if requirements changeNice to have :
Experience designing retail media for beauty brands, ideally in Ulta and / or SephoraExperience working within ClickUpWeb design experience via FigmaBenefits
