Job Description

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will serve as the main point of contact for all POS and inventory concerns within your area, managing daily activities related to POS management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct reconciliation of customer point of sales and inventory against company records.

Track inventory on hand and sold through, interfacing with customers to ensure rebate claims are accurate.

Support and train customers on POS data and inventory reporting processes.

Load system data necessary for inventory reconciliation.

Analyze distributor disputes related to POS and inventory discrepancies.

Prepare reports and documents for monthly and quarterly closings.

Manage files, records, transactions, and maintain audit trails.

Ensure targets, measurements, and service levels are achieved.

Qualifications

Required :

Experience in SSC or BPO environments.

Background in Accounts Receivable.

Preferred :

Accounting degree preferred.

Flexible work schedule.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analytics.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and work collaboratively.

Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask insightful questions.
