Logistic Sample Coordinator - Baguio Onsite

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end to-end customer sample requests, including order processing, execution of delivery plans, and logistics tracking using SAP MM and customer proprietary tools.

This role is critical to ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of engineering and commercial samples to our global customers.Key Responsibilities : Serve as the main point of contact for sample request fulfillmentInterpret and process requests using customer-provided platforms and internal tracking systemsMaintain detailed web-based tracking for all customer sample activitiesFollow delivery plans and manage Special Work Requests (SWR) through SAP MMCoordinate with shipping partners and track delivery status to ensure receipt confirmationSupport U.S.-based planning teams, requiring partial schedule overlap with U.S. time zonesFoster collaboration with internal planners and cross-functional teamsIdentify areas for continuous improvement in the sample request processWork independently with minimal supervision following initial ramp-upQualifications : Experience in customer-facing roles involving logistics, order management, or operationsFamiliarity with SAP MM and CRM or proprietary logistics systemsBasic understanding of engineering terms and sample-related documentationStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent English communication skills and a collaborative mindset
