Job description

The Instore Operations Specialist is responsible for smooth & continuous execution of projects for all business areas nationwide.

Their responsibilities include evaluation of project executions, operations management, performance management, and client management.

Their job duties and responsibilities include :

Evaluation and Monitoring of Project Executions

  • Discusses the project's areas of improvement
  • Liquidates cash advances on time and within specified limits
  • Maintains and keeps documentation of project executions

Operations Management

  • Oversees and manages multiple store outlets within Metro Manila
  • Coordinates with partner agencies and other secondary clients on process improvement initiatives for executions
  • Performance Management

  • Manages scheduling, deployment, status updates, and overall logistics for project executions
  • Supervises, mentors, and provides development opportunities to teams
  • Ensures that all teams consistently conduct quality executions
  • Conducts performance assessments for subordinates
  • Client Management

  • Participates in various meetings with clients and agency partners
  • Coordinates with clients, agency leaders and agency business development managers on project concerns
  • Creates and submits necessary reports to clients
  • Engages into regular client field work to check on daily operations
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • College graduate
  • Must be fluent in English and Filipino
  • Detail-oriented, presentable, creative thinker, a team player and possesses excellent communications skills
  • At least 1 year working experience in Product / Project Management / Advertising / Marketing / Shopper Marketing / Events Management / Sales / Brand Activation / In-Store is required for this position.
  • Possesses strong leadership and people skills
  • Excels in managing direct reports and can work independently
  • Willing to work onsite when needed
  • Willing to do fieldwork within Metro Manila
  • Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig

  • Php15,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
